The Tourism & Design Summit brought a conversation linking destinations, creativity and the visitor experience to Madrid. Its programme on 6 October at the Reina Sofía Museum explored heritage, spatial design and new ways of travelling.
Looking beyond the destination
According to the official programme, the event explored how design and the identity of places can enrich tourism experiences. Sessions included professional training, the role of cultural spaces and planning for the tourism of the future.
The connection with BeroIT
The editorial reflection is simple: a travel experience begins before arrival. A clear website, a well-explained itinerary and consistent communication help people understand what a destination offers. Design also means organising information and making decisions easier.
